Pumpkin Cupcakes

I seriously can't get enough of all things pumpkin flavored lately. Pumpkin pie, pumpkin lattes and of course pumpkin cupcakes. I used this recipe for Pumpkin Cupcakes with Chai Cream Cheese Frosting that I found on Gojee, and I'm quite please with the result. The hint of chai in the frosting is such perfect combination with the pumpkin. YUM!

    I am so homesick for pumpkin anything...pumpkin pie, pumpkin spice latte and now these pumpkin cupcakes. I live in Europe and canned pumpkin is not sold, anywhere. Think I'm going to have to break down and make a pumpkin pie from scratch just to satisfy the craving.

    Oh my gosh, those look delicious!! With prettily (and perfectly) piped frosting too! That is one trick I have yet to master. Even my piped frosting looks pretty messy on my cupcakes, but at least they still taste ok, ha.
