Last week I had a blueberry scone and was surprised how much I loved it. (I don't normally eat scones, more of a muffin kind of girl) I decided of course that I needed to bake some of my own, immediately. I've never made scones and I was a bit intimidated at the idea, but watch this video and you will see that they are SO simple. I used this recipe and will definitely be making more!
